Required Vaccines
- Hepatitis B: Required by OSHA for healthcare workers with blood exposure
- Influenza: Required by many institutions annually
- COVID-19: Required by many healthcare systems
- MMR: Required if no immunity documented
- Varicella: Required if no immunity documented
- Tdap: Pertussis booster recommended
